The Om Dome is a yurt, situated in the Luna Project's privately owned forest, of over 100 acres of trailed land, near Hamilton ON, Canada. The Om Dome is the home of Trish Dingman Yoga's workshops and retreats; as well as a sacred space for rental by other healers/teachers/facilitators.
Jana’s intention is to create a deeply personal experience that will help to clear blockages and allow you time to explore your inner landscape so the practice speaks for itself. This training will set you up to guide yoga nidra practices with confidence.
With almost a decade of experience leading public classes, privates, 3000 hours of facilitation of 200hr and 300hr YTT's, international retreats and other trainings, Jana has finally birthed this work into Practices of Self Love through her own, most authentic voice. She works in intuitive and loving ways to help coax your truth to the surface. You will receive personal coaching, participate in group discussions and refine your skills as a nidra guide through a teaching practicum and an optional post-training mentorship.
This 200 hour training is for leaders, healthcare & mental health professionals, social workers, guidance councillors, coaches, school teachers, and care givers who are interested in bringing Yoga & Movement to their communities, workplaces and clients.
This training is open to all genders.
This training has an equal focus of Self Care/Inquiry, Traditional Hatha Yoga and Psycho-Education.
This training also includes our Trauma Informed Movement & Presence Certification; designed and facilitated by Registered Psychotherapist and Trauma Expert Maddi Rundle.
