Trish Dingman

Mysticism, movement, deep breaths, curiosity, belly laughs, nature and her passion for compassion; have shaped Trish into the yoga and self inquiry facilitator she is today.

Trish’s love of personal inquiry began while training and working professionally as an actor in film and stage, since age 12. Trish was introduced to yoga in 1999, while attending the renowned theatre-acting conservatory, at Ryerson University.  She fell in LOVE with yoga in 2006, when she used it as the stepping stone, for healing herself from addiction and depression.

Drawing from over 5000 hours of teaching; 1000 hours of study and her creative background as a classically trained actor; Trish is shaping something new and different for participants of her programs.

Trish lives in a magical forest, in a yurt - off the grid- with her partner Dave and their dog Timber. Together they are learning to grow their own food, raise chickens for eggs and have their own 100% renewable/sustainable energy sources- solar, wind, rain water collection and wood fired heat. Their home, The Luna Project, is their own contribution to understanding and living in harmony with the earth's natural rhythms and systems.

Trish’s mission is pure love for self and all beings; through creativity, ritual, practice and mystery.

Trish Dingman is a dynamic and inspirational yoga teacher. I’ve had the pleasure of playing drums in her classes as well as being her student. She is an incredible yogi and I have learned a lot from her not only through listening, but by watching her move effortlessly from one pose to the next. Always an enjoyable class when Trish is doing the teaching.

Being in a class lead by Trish Dingman is like being on a vacation that is customized to your soul. No joke. Her authenticity is more real than the sweat on the yoga mat after class. 1 hour class with her is like getting back 1 full week of time. She slows you down while revving you up.
— Blake Fly (Tedx Speaker and Author of The Campus Life Guide)
Trish’s yoga classes are physically, emotionally, and spiritually transformative. Never in my life have I gained so much wisdom and insight into myself and the universe around me from one single person. She weaves beautiful themes around the mind and body that grow and expand each week, leaving me always craving more.
Her expertise in yoga, empathy for others, and her ability to speak poetically to large groups of people make her a magnetic leader who inspires her students to seek more out of their lives. I leave every single one of her classes buzzing, feeling revitalized and utterly powerful. There is no yoga teacher quite like Trish.
