This is not your regular Yoga Teacher Training!  
This YTT’s focus is NOT to quit your job and become a studio yoga teacher (though you could choose to do that, after this training)
LIVING ON PURPOSE encourages taking the teachings, the wisdom and the love to places beyond yoga studio walls.
LIVING ON PURPOSE's aim is to infuse all spaces of your life with self love practices, not necessarily as a career change; but to embody this wisdom to bring more light to where you currently reside. LIVING ON PURPOSE ’s focus is to help YOU to remember your practice, your rituals, your voice and share it every where in your lives. To NOT necessarily be the “Yoga Teacher” who holds the light- but use this light to reflect who you already are. The Hygienist who holds the light. The Accountant who holds the light. The Lawyer who holds the light. The Barista who holds the light. The Doctor who holds the light. The parent, the Grandparent, the Partner, the School Teacher - who holds this light- even if you never share the postures, you are aware you are holding the light for those who have not yet remembered.
Trish and Maddi want to help build an army of heart warriors, who are remembering WHO WE ARE and reminding others.

Heal Evolve Thrive- The Fall Retreat- with Trish Dingman & Maddi Rundle

The Retreat is for EVERYONE; yoga teachers, school teachers, community leaders, activists, health care providers, parents, and ALL PEOPLE in nurturing roles whom feel overwhelmed and exhausted from caring so deeply for others, while often at a loss for how to care for themselves. 
The term Compassion Fatigue refers to the profound emotional and physical erosion which takes place when one is caring for others without getting the proper refuelling and regeneration. 
This retreat will explore how we as humans “over extend” ourselves. Through psychotherapy, yoga, philosophy, meditation, play and group discussion, we will create space to recover from compassion fatigue.

Yoga Nidra with Ariana Novak

Have trouble sleeping? Or settling the mind/body?

This guided meditation systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of your being including your physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers. Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music and imagery, Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer without needing to change and fix anything. It is intended to induce full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. 

Researchers have even suggested that 20 minutes of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra can be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep. 

We’ll start the evening off enjoying a nice tea and teaching about Yoga Nidra followed by an experience of Yoga Nidra that includes guided imagery and body scanning to aid your healing experience. The great thing is that you can't do it wrong!

About Your Facilitator

Since 2011 Ariana has devoted herself to learning and understanding the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and coaching. She's studied at the world renowned Yoga Institute Kripalu, completed over 500 hours of certification, and 300 hours of yoga therapy training. She's passionate about helping others discover the beauty and wonder of the human experience. Currently, she’s in the process of opening up a new Spin, Yoga, and Boxing boutique in Waterloo!

CreativeSOULyoga presents EMERGENCE: A Yoga, Community building Creative retreat in partnership with The Om Dome and The Luna Project. Your experience will include an introductory beginners guide to healthy cleansing through the "fat adapted" nutrition plan and individualized attention with in-house nutritionist Shift Happens, a yogic lifestyle assessment and program booklet. Two yoga movement workshops and an early morning yoga class, and an essential oil session. Participants will also obtain access to the "Alchemy of Autumn" workshop with Bryonie Wise and Kat Gibson (Saturday afternoon) an exploration of poetry and sacred gardening. A sweat in the rock sauna in the woods with your very own self blended essential oil suited to your lifestyle needs is also encouraged. All healthy and delicious food and drink is included in the price.

Join Trish for an evening of hiking, meditation and yoga- to celebrate the change of the season.  Fall equinox invites us to relish in our harvest- to call upon immense gratitude for our abundances and to celebrate all that is plentiful in our lives.  We will use these activities (hiking, meditation, yoga and connection with one another, nature and the elements) to express our gratitude.  There will be plenty of thank you thank you thank yous, laughter, play, silence, stillness and refection.  This hike and yoga class will be for all levels and abilities- no yoga experience required-only a grateful heart.
