Forrest Yoga Intensive - with Charlie Pentland

Charlie Pentland is a Forrest Yoga Guardian-in-Training, and is a leading figure in the emerging Forrest Yoga community in Canada.  Charlie is thrilled to bring his signature Forrest Yoga Intensive to Hamilton Ontario to  establish and support the growth of the Forrest Yoga community in the GTA.  These Intensives are accessible for all levels of practice

Workshop #1 - Stewardship to Self  (10am-12:30pm)

Have you been honouring yourself fully on your mat? Each pose and each breath can be a way to heal your body and honour your sacred life. We have one planet and are all connected. Through the lens of Forrest Yoga, we will explore interconnectivity within. How can developing our relationship with Self heal lead to healthy relationships and honour our planet in the process? Come and walk peacefully down this path with me, lets explore. 

  • Featuring: Healing backbends, twists, pranayama and Meditation. 


Date: Saturday March, 3rd
Time: 10am-12:30pm
Cost: $45 or $80 for both workshops

Workshop #2 - No Matter Flippin' What  (3-5:30pm)

You will love this workshop No Matter Flippin’ What. A long warm up, great core work, hip openers and inversions… What could be better?? Not only that, but throughout the class, you’ll be monitoring your internal dialogue, and repatterining self-dulling behaviours. Positivity, and a success oriented mindset are incredible assets in life, and we can use our time together here to hone these skills and up level our lives. 

  • Featuring: Hip openers, balance poses and Inversions, pranayama and mediation. 


Date: Saturday March, 3rd
Time: 3-5pm
Cost: $45  or $80 for both workshops

Directions: From 403/QEW Take the Highway 6 North (Guelph) exit. Follow to Highway 5 (Dundas St). Take Highway 5 (Dundas St) West for 25km, to Sager Rd.  North on Sager Rd for 2km. You will see the White LUNA Project sign and a parking lot on the west side of Sager Rd.  Please park here. Hosts will meet you in the parking lot and direct you to the Om Dome yurt. 


  • Arrive between 9:30-9:45am. Short, EASY hike from parking lot to the Om Dome. 
  • 10am-12:30pm Workshop #1 Stewardship to Self
  • 12:30-3pm Lunch Break
  • 2:30-2:45 Arrivals for second workshop
  • 3pm-5:30pm Workshop #2 No Matter Flippin' What 

About Your Facilitator


Charlie Pentland

Charlie Pentland is a Forrest Yoga Guardian-in-Training, and is a leading figure in the emerging Forrest Yoga community in Canada. He leads public and private classes locally in Squamish, as well as teacher trainings, workshops and continuing education programs within the global Forrest Yoga community. 

As a charismatic instructor, Charlie takes a room full of students and creates a class, and uses the ceremony of Forrest Yoga to teach each class as a vibrant, energized group.

Following Forrest Yoga’s foundational pillars of Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit, Charlie creates the space in his class that he has in his life, full of positive possibilities and passion and magic. 

Outside the classroom, Charlie spends time climbing, practicing yoga and searching for new and accurate sources of information. His commitment to yoga and love of climbing have sparked a passion to learn and practice optimal nutrition, biomechanics, self-care and recovery techniques.
