Have trouble sleeping? Or settling the mind/body?
This guided meditation systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of your being including your physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers. Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music and imagery, Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer without needing to change and fix anything. It is intended to induce full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.
Researchers have even suggested that 20 minutes of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra can be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep.
We’ll start the evening off enjoying a nice tea and teaching about Yoga Nidra followed by an experience of Yoga Nidra that includes guided imagery and body scanning to aid your healing experience. The great thing is that you can't do it wrong!

Since 2011 Ariana has devoted herself to learning and understanding the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and coaching. She's studied at the world renowned Yoga Institute Kripalu, completed over 500 hours of certification, and 300 hours of yoga therapy training. She's passionate about helping others discover the beauty and wonder of the human experience. Currently, she’s in the process of opening up a new Spin, Yoga, and Boxing boutique in Waterloo!
